Information about assessed fees

In addition to a homeowner's mortgage/rent, insurance, and property taxes, the following fees are assessed for every homeowner in Odessa National:

Social Membership Fee

The Social Membership fee is a mandatory fee assessed by the Odessa National Golf Club.  It is currently $100 per month billed quarterly ($300 per quarter). THIS FEE IS NOT ASSESSED OR COLLECTED BY THE MAINTENANCE CORPORATION and is separate from the Maintenance Corporation fee.  This fee allows residents access to the Odessa National Golf Club, the clubhouse, and related amenities.  See the amenities page for more information.  Any inquiries about this fee should be directed to the Odessa National Golf Club.

Maintenance Corporation Fee

The maintenance corporation fee (commonly referred to as a homeowners association or HOA fee) is assessed and collected for the purposes of maintaining the open areas of land, upkeep of landscaping for public access areas, water/storm retention ponds, and snow removal for areas that are not part of the golf course.  The Maintenance Corporation fee is currently set at $440 per year billed quarterly ($110 per quarter) and is based on the number of homes in the development and the costs involved in maintaining the open areas.
